Choose 1 time of day to sit down for 5 minutes to reflect (set a timer if you need)
Write out 3-5 things from the last 24 hours that you are grateful for
Write out 1-2 PROOFS that what you’re doing is working or making progress
If it’s been a hard day, borrow from another day that week
Make sure you have a clear focus and path to help you know you’re on track to moving the needle forward.
